Orange Park Acres is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located between Chapman Avenue on the south and East Santiago Canyon on the north. There are three parks within a short drive, including Santiago Oaks Regional Park, Santiago Hills Park and Peters Canyon Regional Park.

So you’ve heard about the Mulhearn Advantage Program for the Cosmetic Repair loan, and you’re wondering if you can use it for your house. The good news is that you, as an individual or family, do not have to qualify for the Cosmetic Repair Loan. It does not matter how much money you make or what your credit score is, because YOU do not have to qualify for the loan. Only your house has to qualify for the loan.
And the main qualification is how much equity you have in your house. If you have sufficient equity in your home, the odds are good that your house will be eligible so that you can get the funds you need to repair, remodel or upgrade your home so that it will sell for more money than without the repairs.
The other qualification is that your house has to be located within my service area, which includes most of Orange County and Los Angeles County.
If you want to know whether your house will qualify, just fill out the form, or call the toll-free number at 888-695-7510, extension 850 and find out if you can use the Cosmetic Repair Program.
If you are thinking of selling your home in Orange County, you probably want to know what homes like yours are selling for in your neighborhood.
